Topic 1 – Section 5, General Notes

Section 5 contains a General Notes section for  additional explanations that are not covered by the section-specific notes. Required entries, if applicable:

• Explanation of variations among different products listed in a single HPD report, if not addressed in Material or Product Notes or Substance Notes

• Definition of the scope of the HPD when products are composed of combinations of parts

Additional information may optionally be entered here, such as extended product descriptions, explanations, or references to information on health and environmental considerations.
